Job Description
#paid is hiring a Senior Creator Acquisition Partner for a remote, full-time role. The company runs a marketplace that connects vetted creators with large brands for collaborations. Until now the creator network has grown mostly by referral, so this role is part of a new acquisition function meant to shape the network around what clients are actually buying.
The partner focuses on live rosters for the company's largest and most complex accounts, where client requirements are specific and deadlines are tight. The partner also collaborates with the acquisition team's senior manager, who sets overall strategy and leads the large growth partnerships. The posting describes the job as build-as-you-go, which means the partner shapes much of the outreach, funnel and roster work.
Day to day, the partner finds off-platform creators who match requirements such as tier, platform, category, vertical and geography, then onboards them on campaign timelines. The role also manages talent agencies from scoping and negotiation through contracting, onboarding and ongoing support. It helps the sales and strategy teams with bids and pitches, resolves platform questions and escalations, and keeps Creator Ops and Client Success informed so sourcing needs are flagged before the roster deadline.
The partner is judged on how quickly rosters are filled, how often the first roster is approved, and whether rosters arrive on time for owned accounts.
