The Data Science and Analytics division seeks a Senior Data Analyst, GTM to guide enterprise-wide decision-making by surfacing data-driven insights and handling ad-hoc analytics.
This position reports directly to the Analytics Team Lead and collaborates with internal departments including Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Customer Success. The chosen professional will build and maintain dashboards, optimize data pipelines using SQL, AI, and modern data engineering tools, and translate intricate datasets into clear visual presentations for leadership and external stakeholders. This role suits an independent, self-sufficient analyst who leverages generative artificial intelligence to automate tasks, manages data hygiene rigorously, and thrives within a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Customer Success to address business needs and provide actionable analyses
- Investigate data proactively to uncover patterns, trends, and growth opportunities
- Establish and oversee data collection standards across various systems and functions for consistent reporting
- Create, refine, and automate data pipelines through SQL, artificial intelligence, and modern engineering tools
- Construct and maintain interactive dashboards for self-service reporting by GTM and product groups
- Spot efficiency gains and process improvements across the data ecosystem
- Convert complex data into visual presentations for executives and external partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience possessing advanced skills in SQL, data analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing Python for data science or analytics initiatives
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leveraging business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Professional background providing data support across departments like marketing, finance, and product
- Ability to operate independently with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative or business discipline, or equivalent professional work experience
