- Collaborate directly with stakeholders across Go-To-Market, Finance, Manufacturing, and Machine Learning divisions to turn business requirements into governed, self-serve data products
- Expand the data platform to accommodate AI and agent-driven workflows by providing governed data access, semantic layers for language models, and necessary scaling guardrails
Requirements

- Demonstrated history of developing production-level data ingestion pipelines, connectors, and transformation workflows using tools such as dbt
- Expert proficiency in SQL alongside practical fluency in Python or a similar programming language for automation and platform tooling
- Hands-on familiarity with business intelligence and analytics software like Looker, Hex, or dbt
- Proven ability to cross-functionally gather requirements and achieve consensus concerning data platform decisions
- Experience initiating new data engineering procedures within ambiguous situations
Qualifications
- Background working in healthcare or other regulated, compliance-heavy sectors
- Experience constructing infrastructure to back machine learning, artificial intelligence workflows, or agentic applications powered by large language models
- Familiarity with building pipelines that incorporate compliance handling for personal health information and personally identifiable information in healthcare settings
Core Skills
