Tremendous is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager - International to lead marketing expansion across Europe and explore other strategic global markets. This fully remote position suits an experienced marketing professional who can shape regional strategy, test new territories, and drive qualified leads and self-serve signups.

In this role, the successful candidate will determine which markets and audiences to prioritize in partnership with sales and strategy teams. Responsibilities include shaping local messaging, coordinating regional campaigns with global marketing owners, driving website and content localization, and directly executing programs such as webinars, events, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and own the international marketing strategy in collaboration with sales and strategy teams
- Design fast and cost-effective experiments to evaluate demand across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
- Collaborate with global paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing owners to execute regional campaigns
- Contribute customer and market insights to product marketing and content teams for messaging adaptation
- Prioritize language translation, website pages, and content creation for local market credibility
- Organize and manage regional events, webinars, conferences, and media partnerships
- Coordinate with sales to align campaigns with regional priorities and monitor lead conversion feedback
- Track and report on qualified leads, self-serve signups, pipeline, and customer acquisition metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience
- Demonstrated history of managing international programs that generate qualified leads and pipeline
- Expertise in adapting marketing tactics to specific countries and evaluating new market opportunities
- Working knowledge of paid media, organic acquisition, and lifecycle marketing principles
- Practical background in executing webinars, partnerships, events, or regional marketing initiatives
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics platforms to analyze funnel performance
- Experience aligning sales and marketing stakeholders around shared objectives
