Documo Inc. seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its engineering team. Documo is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company focused on helping businesses modernize and streamline document workflows. The company's platform utilizes Intelligent Document Processing to convert unstructured files, such as forms and faxes, into organized and usable data.
In this remote position, the Senior DevOps Engineer will design, build, and operate the cloud platform powering Documo's document processing and fax products, as well as the infrastructure supporting artificial intelligence and machine learning services. This individual will oversee the journey of code from pull requests to production, maintain production health, and ensure the platform scales securely alongside growing workloads. The role also involves acting as a technical lead who mentors peers, treating infrastructure as a product, and occasionally engaging in customer-facing tasks such as security reviews, connectivity discussions, and escalation support.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate the cloud platform that supports document processing and fax products

- Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers
