360Learning seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join its Security and IT group. The organization provides a collaborative learning platform used by over 1,500 corporate clients, operating on Azure and Kubernetes with ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II certifications. This position centers on strengthening infrastructure security through automated guardrails and scalable engineering practices, balancing greenfield development with operational duties.
This professional will connect platform engineering with security operations, directly handling infrastructure hardening, vulnerability management, and incident response. The team operates in a lean, senior structure focusing on information security, compliance, and internal tooling. Key milestones over the first year include mastering the cloud environment, shipping production hardening updates, automating audit evidence, and deploying detection content as code.
Ideal candidates bring significant cloud infrastructure experience paired with deep security knowledge, comfortable writing code and interacting across multiple engineering teams. The position offers full remote flexibility anywhere in France, alongside a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Map Azure and AKS environments, logging coverage, and regulatory control scopes
- Handle infrastructure-related alerts and manage vulnerability remediation cycles
- Deploy production hardening and infrastructure automation improvements
- Expand SIEM connector coverage with documented log sources and retention
- Manage detection content as code using tested rules and runbooks
Requirements
- At least 5 years of background in infrastructure, cloud engineering, platform engineering with a strong security focus, or security engineering with hands-on infrastructure practice
- Production background with Kubernetes including RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling, workload identity, and runtime security
- Cloud engineering background involving Azure, or substantial AWS/Google Cloud experience with willingness to convert
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
- Programming capabilities in Python, Go, and shell scripting
- Experience performing log analysis and investigations across cloud audit logs and various sources
- Fluency in English at a B2 level or equivalent
