Immunovant, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical organization focused on creating treatments for autoimmune diseases through anti-FcRn technology, is hiring a remote Senior Director, Corporate & Commercial & Commercial IT Business Systems.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of IT & Facilities, this position acts as a hands-on builder and trusted technology partner for leaders across Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial departments. The professional in this role will shape corporate and commercial technology roadmaps, establish commercial systems ahead of product launch, mature the IT PMO function, and oversee enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities. Additional duties include collaborating on R&D systems, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
This opportunity is suited for an experienced technology leader with a background in the biopharmaceutical sector who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership in Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial to own and execute the corporate and commercial systems roadmap
- Establish the commercial technology ecosystem ahead of product launch in collaboration with Commercial Operations
- Scale applications including Enterprise Resource Planning, procure-to-pay, Human Capital Management, Legal and Compliance systems, and collaboration platforms
- Drive enterprise data, analytics, IT architecture, and practical AI adoption
- Manage end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering through cutover and support
- Collaborate with the IT PMO lead to establish demand intake, governance forums, portfolio reporting, and project management practices
- Oversee implementation partners, managed service providers, and SaaS vendors by negotiating contracts, defining statements of work, and tracking metrics
- Support R&D initiatives, validation processes, and audit readiness alongside the Senior Director of R&D Business Systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- At least 12 years of IT experience within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated background in establishing General & Administrative and commercial systems such as ERP, P2P, HCM, CRM, data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence
- Experience managing PMO activities, technical projects, and vendor relationships in multi-vendor programs
- Solid understanding of computer software validation, current good practices, and regulatory compliance standards within biopharma
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 10 percent of the time
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial systems and product launches
- Familiarity with Veeva and NetSuite applications
- Project Management Professional or similar certification
