This role is fully remote on a global scale. The person stepping into this position will act as the chief architect for integration and implementation operations, steering international teams of Project Managers, Integration Engineers, Implementation Specialists, and Customer Enablement professionals. The mandate focuses on streamlining the onboarding journey from initial contract signing to going live in production, shrinking implementation timeframes, raising profit margins, and establishing predictable revenue outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an established leader who excels at managing other managers within distributed global workforces. This individual will refine workflows, introduce automation and standardized integration templates, and serve as the executive voice for clients interacting with the platform. Responsibilities involve partnering with sales and finance departments, aligning solutions with strict security standards, and collaborating with engineering teams to minimize product friction. Responsibilities
- Lead, assess, and grow a global implementation organization encompassing project management, integration engineering, and customer enablement teams
- Design and optimize an end-to-end delivery framework that minimizes onboarding duration and maximizes implementation business value
- Deploy automation, standard integration templates, and self-service instruments to scale delivery operations
- Oversee complex global multi-product integrations meeting rigorous architectural and bank-grade security protocols
- Coordinate with sales and finance departments to forecast and achieve deployment targets for predictable revenue recognition
- Act as the executive technical liaison for C-suite clients at financial institutions and major enterprises
- Partner with engineering and product departments to feed customer insights back into roadmap development
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators including onboarding health, time to live, and resource utilization
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of professional background in professional services, solutions engineering, or implementation within high-growth FinTech or SaaS companies
- At least 5 years of experience managing managers of managers across a distributed global workforce
- Proven track record of shortening onboarding and implementation schedules for complex API products
- Thorough knowledge of authentication, digital identity, mobile ecosystems, and financial sector technical needs
- Demonstrated proficiency in explaining technical concepts clearly to executive-level stakeholders
