Chaos seeks a Senior Director, Growth Marketing to serve as a commercial leader within the revenue organization, taking full ownership of the global strategy, execution, and profit and loss for the direct digital and e-commerce business. This strategic leadership role features a strong operational mandate, requiring the candidate to both set the vision and work hands-on alongside the team to scale a €10M+ ARR target and drive the Product-Led Growth and demand generation model. The position encompasses direct oversight of campaigns, performance marketing, analytics, website management, organic growth, search optimization, social media, and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities
- Manage forecasting and drive performance against the €10m ARR digital channels while monitoring funnel metrics.
- Lead, scale, and direct a matrixed team of 10+ marketing professionals across five dedicated sub-teams.
- Report ecommerce activities, encompassing ongoing and one-off initiatives, to the Chief Revenue Officer.
- Oversee the global marketing budget allocation to ensure funds appropriately support key deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day execution of performance marketing campaigns, acquisition spend, and bid optimization strategies.
- Execute content-driven search frameworks across international markets using advanced SEO and GEO strategies.
- Own global web properties and optimize performance through continuous A/B testing.
- Deliver organic communication and influencer strategies targeting a base of 1M+ followers within primary audience segments.
- Test and assess new market approaches via digital channels including influencers, paid media, and web campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers to ensure established performance standards are met.
Requirements
- Significant experience in modern digital marketing methods operating within a senior leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience managing an active, standalone e-commerce or digital sales channel P&L with direct accountability for a multi-million euro ARR volume.
- Operational background within B2B SaaS environments leading self-service or PLG motions reliant on digital-first, low-touch conversion pathways.
- Proven capability to build, resource, and lead large, multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
- Comprehensive experience overseeing marketing technology stacks and building AI-enabled marketing processes.
- Ability to manage a complex global budget, forecast revenue pipelines, and justify marketing spend velocity.
- Valid work or residence permit for Germany or the UK.
