  • Draft Board materials, investor presentations, and periodic updates explaining progress against strategic plans
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor valuations, and market feedback to brief internal leadership and employees
  • Partner with finance, legal, and communications departments to set up disclosure practices and processes for a future initial public offering

Requirements

  • Significant background in equity research, buy-side investing, portfolio management, investor relations, or similar capital markets functions
  • Strong valuation and financial analysis capabilities covering growth drivers, recurring revenue, and unit economics
  • Demonstrated history of supporting complex fundraising operations or capital market transactions
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and conferences while managing hands-on relationship development and presentations
  • Bachelor degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline

Qualifications

  • Prior investment background within the technology or healthcare sectors
