This position is suited for a data-driven operations professional who can design retention strategies, analyze platform activity, and manage cross-departmental coordination.
The successful candidate will examine retention metrics, matching rates, and activity levels to generate actionable insights and guide decision-making. Responsibilities also include crafting initiatives to boost driver engagement, managing daily government agency communications to ensure regulatory compliance, and resolving day-to-day driver issues.
Responsibilities
- Analyze metrics such as driver retention, activity levels, and matching rates to compile operational insights and recommend strategy adjustments
- Design and execute initiatives and campaigns to increase driver engagement, reduce churn, and improve platform efficiency
- Coordinate internal and external resources to handle routine contact with public authorities, provide documentation, and maintain regulatory compliance
- Resolve daily driver issues, including clarifying unusual situations, verifying information, and conducting follow-up coordination
Requirements
- Possess a data-driven mindset with the ability to identify problems from reports and metrics and propose logical solutions
