Mable is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its healthtech platform team as part of Attain Healthtech Group. Mable connects older Australians and individuals with disabilities with independent support workers. In this role, the engineer will focus heavily on backend development while contributing across the full stack to build reliable, efficient, and scalable features.
This position involves taking technical ownership of projects, designing and deploying backend code, producing technical documentation, and resolving system issues. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to create backend solutions for complex issues
- Take technical ownership of software projects to guarantee scalable and user-friendly systems
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of backend code to production environments
- Create detailed documentation including diagrams, data flows, test results, and code comments
- Investigate and troubleshoot backend problems utilizing stakeholder and customer feedback

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience in test-driven development environments
