The company is currently hiring a remote Senior Engineer (Platform) to lead large-scale engineering initiatives, build valuable features, and uphold high technical benchmarks.
This position fits a seasoned developer who enjoys solving complex problems, guiding team members, and refining software codebases. The ideal person will shape technical architectures, construct scalable services, and drive product velocity within an Agile framework. Team members collaborate across cross-functional units to troubleshoot systems, optimize reliability, and implement security best practices.

Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, secure service architectures and backend applications using C# or TypeScript
- Develop and maintain SQL and NoSQL database structures, with a preference for PostgreSQL
- Establish and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines alongside infrastructure as code
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve intricate backend challenges
- Mentor junior engineers through pairing, coaching, and constructive feedback
- Contribute to architectural planning and long-term technical vision
Requirements
- Seven to ten years of progressive software engineering experience including leadership responsibilities
- Strong proficiency or the ability to quickly master typed, functional programming in C# or TypeScript
- Demonstrated experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with system architecture design for secure and maintainable platforms
- Experience utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers like AWS
- Working knowledge of DevOps processes, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of application and infrastructure security, automation, and testing methods
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
