  • Demonstrated capability in producing reliable software for live environments.
  • Background operating within multi-service platform architectures.
  • Drive and eagerness to tackle complex hurdles and continuously grow your technical expertise.
  • Strong collaborative spirit with a focus on documentation and balanced asynchronous communication.
  • Passion for diagnosing intricate problems across both new systems and legacy code.
  • Commitment to improving codebases beyond their original state.
  • Track record of partnering with developers of diverse experience levels on technical projects.
  • Capability to troubleshoot and execute tasks autonomously.
  • Customer-centric, humble, curious, and collaborative problem-solving approach.
  • Advanced fluency in the English language.

Nice to have:

  • DevOps or SRE experience
  • Proficiency in using Golang and Ruby in a production environment
  • Experience on an engineering enablement or platform team or experience contributing engineering-wide initiatives
