The organization is currently seeking a Senior GRC Consultant - Contract to lead day-to-day governance, risk, and compliance program maturity and delivery for standard-framework services.
This role is ideal for an experienced compliance professional who can independently manage multiple client engagements, build reusable intellectual property, and help drive commercial and productization outcomes. The selected candidate will own engagement delivery for standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI DSS, while establishing quality guardrails and partnering closely with sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams.
Sprinto utilizes 300 plus native integrations and artificial intelligence automation to support over 200 global security standards globally. The platform is backed by prominent investors like Accel, Elevation, and Blume Ventures, and currently serves thousands of organizations across numerous countries. This temporary engagement runs for an initial duration of six months, and the organization requires applicants who can start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Manage standard framework engagements independently including ISO 27001 implementation and surveillance, SOC 2 readiness, GDPR, and PCI DSS compliance programs
- Run multiple client engagements concurrently while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Develop and update reusable templates, control mapping libraries, workshop agendas, and quality assurance rubrics
- Determine pricing tiers, service packaging, utilization metrics, and forecasting for assigned client books
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support deal conversion and service renewals
- Design and maintain AI assisted playbooks, input forms, and checklists to standardize draft outputs
- Establish acceptance criteria, review checkpoints, and quality assurance guardrails for deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in GRC consulting or managing in-house compliance programs
- Demonstrated hands-on delivery track record spanning ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR
- Capability to manage several concurrent client engagements autonomously
- Proficiency in utilizing artificial intelligence tools to decrease manual effort and standardize deliverables
- Strong written communication skills combined with the ability to lead client workshops independently
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of PCI DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 42001
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certification
- CISA certification
- CISM certification
