The company is currently hiring a full-time Senior GTM Insights Automation Manager to join its Central Operations team in Chicago on an on-site basis.
This position acts as the technical engine for the company's data-driven Go-to-Market strategy. The professional chosen for this role will design workflows to automate reporting systems, allowing sales teams to access necessary insights while reducing manual tasks. Responsibilities include building technical solutions across core applications like BigQuery, Matik, Clay, and Gong, establishing governance standards with product owners, and resolving data quality issues.

Responsibilities
- Build technical features across core tools including BigQuery, Matik, Clay, and Gong to support automated reporting goals.
- Design and develop robust data models and pipelines.
- Partner with sales and business stakeholders to identify data needs and supply actionable insights.
- Ensure all reporting builds support quantifiable business objectives such as saving account manager time.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to create governance practices and tool usage recipes for organizational consistency.
- Identify and fix data quality issues to maintain reliable data foundations while advocating for platform improvements.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of background in data science, analytics, data engineering, or a closely related discipline.
