Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this senior individual contributor role manages the operational framework supporting the talent strategy. The person in this position will construct and maintain the HR operating model, build workflows for onboarding, performance reviews, development, and departures, and translate workforce data into operational intelligence for business leaders and Human Resources Business Partners. Additional responsibilities include administering the calendar of talent events, managing the vendor ecosystem—including multi-country Employer of Record partnerships—and ensuring compliance across a globally dispersed team.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the HR operating model to support the company talent strategy
- Design employee lifecycle experiences covering onboarding, performance management, development, and exits
- Convert people data into actionable operational insights for HRBPs and leadership
- Establish and oversee the HR calendar to coordinate performance, compensation, and development milestones
- Direct the HR technology and vendor ecosystem, including multi-country Employer of Record partnerships
- Integrate compliance measures across a distributed, multi-country team without creating business friction
Requirements
- Experience working as a senior individual contributor with complete ownership of an HR operations domain
- Demonstrated background partnering with an established HRBP and stakeholder network
- Proven experience making operational choices grounded in commercial context and business impact
- Demonstrated ability to utilize people metrics to inform decisions and design operational solutions
- Senior-level experience in HR operations within a distributed technology or SaaS organization
- Experience handling Employer of Record arrangements and multi-country employment regulations
- Experience managing vendor relationships across HRIS, payroll, and benefits
- Must reside and hold legal working rights in the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain
