The company is currently hiring a Senior HubSpot Implementation Specialist to partner with a UK-based HubSpot Diamond Partner that focuses on AI-first HubSpot architectures for technology companies.
In this full-time role, you will take charge of client discovery workshops, architect customized HubSpot solutions, and independently build advanced system components. You will oversee projects from initial strategy to testing, user training, and final launch, while serving as the primary technical contact for clients and assisting with pre-sales scoping. This position does not involve people management.
The job is fully remote and operates on a permanent night shift aligned with UK hours. Candidates must work from a dedicated, quiet home workspace with a reliable backup internet connection in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to gather requirements and design actionable HubSpot solutions for the build team
- Engineer complex platform components including custom-coded actions, programmable automations, custom objects, and AI features
- Execute data migrations from legacy platforms and conduct code reviews for junior team members
- Manage system testing, client sign-offs, deployments, user training, and adoption efforts
- Act as the main technical contact for clients to handle expectations, scope, and timelines
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts by estimating work and maintaining change control protocols
- Use advanced AI tools to speed up the creation of technical specs, code, testing protocols, and documentation
Requirements
- Four to six years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience, ideally within a technical consultancy or agency
- Advanced expertise in the HubSpot ecosystem, specifically regarding modern AI features like Breeze agents
- End-to-end solution design experience covering discovery, architecture, testing, and launch
- Deep technical proficiency in at least three HubSpot Hubs, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Data Hub
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex builds featuring custom-coded actions, programmable automation, and multi-pipeline setups
- Integration skills utilizing APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms such as Zapier, Make, and Workato
- Strong communication skills for leading technical workshops and explaining decisions to non-technical audiences
- Ability to produce precise technical documentation, solution designs, and handover notes
- Permanent night shift availability aligned with UK business hours from the Philippines
- A dedicated, quiet workspace and a dependable backup internet connection
Qualifications
- Possession of or working towards the HubSpot Solutions Architecture Design accreditation
- Experience with CMS development including HubDB, custom modules, and dynamic content integration
- Background in handling complex data migrations from enterprise marketing or CRM platforms
- Prior experience writing commercial proposals and scoping technical requirements
- Experience mentoring and training junior HubSpot practitioners
