  • Develop and maintain AI-driven automation for policy-as-code, drift detection, and LLM-assisted runbook generation
  • Contribute to defining the culture of an expanding international team

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience working with AWS
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters, encompassing node groups, autoscaling, upgrades, and cluster add-on lifecycles
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
  • Experience working within multi-region or multi-cloud environments on GCP or AWS

Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing Kubernetes-native scaling tools like Karpenter or cluster autoscaler
  • Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
  • Experience creating AI-assisted infrastructure tooling including anomaly detection, policy-as-code, or cost optimization loops
  • Background contributing to multi-region architectures featuring latency-based routing, regional failover, or data residency

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Equity in the form of restricted stock units in the privately held company
  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental plans covering employees and dependents with the majority of premiums paid by the employer
  • Paid parental leave including 12 weeks for all parents and 6 extra weeks for birthing parents, plus family planning and life-stage support
  • Flexible vacation time, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program
  • Access to mental health coaching and therapy resources
