Trafilea is seeking a Senior IT Agile Project Manager to join its PMO team on a remote basis. As a consumer tech platform focused on transformative brand growth, Trafilea builds and scales its own digitally native brands with a global presence across multiple retail channels. In this position, the professional will lead cross-functional technology initiatives, connect business strategy with tech delivery, and optimize operational frameworks to support the organization at scale.
This role suits an organized and results-oriented professional with a strong technical background who wants to take ownership of technology execution and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include driving complex IT projects from planning through launch, coordinating Scrum ceremonies, managing resource allocation and project dependencies, and overseeing ERP and integration initiatives. The candidate will work closely with developers, product owners, and business leaders to align priorities and track performance metrics using Asana.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple technology programs and projects from initial planning to launch
- Translate organizational objectives and OKRs into clear project roadmaps and milestones
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and optimize sprint execution across technology squads
- Oversee project dependencies, risk management, resource allocation, and cross-team commitments
- Coordinate enterprise resource planning and software integration initiatives
- Promote operational excellence by continuously refining project management workflows
- Engage with IT leaders, developers, and business stakeholders to drive accountability and decision-making
- Participate in quarterly planning, backlog management, and prioritization exercises
- Track execution metrics and project dashboards using Asana to guide data-driven improvements
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing complex technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Deep familiarity with Agile delivery methods, Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog organization
- Practical experience collaborating with software development teams, IT workflows, and ERP systems
- Working knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools, Confluence, Slack, and Lucidchart
