This role suits professionals holding an active NV1 clearance who reside in Australia. The position focuses on implementing a structured objective security model, restructuring information hierarchies, and overseeing data mapping and migration activities for the Infrastructure Division Objective Workgroup.
The successful candidate will collaborate with project leads to configure user groups based on organizational hierarchies and role objects. Core duties include establishing state-based output folders, administrative directories, and virtual files while decommissioning legacy external party folders. Furthermore, the analyst will design and record virtual training packages using Skype for Business to guide stakeholders through mapping procedures and navigating the new framework.
Responsibilities
- Develop and populate an objective security model utilizing user groups and role group object types
- Establish a standardized information structure featuring state-based output folders and administrative directories
- Decommission the existing workgroup external parties folder and migrate necessary data into the new framework
- Design and record virtual training packages for mapping activities and system navigation using Skype for Business
- Initiate and execute data mapping and migration tasks in consultation with project leads
- Implement the populated objective security model and information structure
