Talent Spot Group seeks a Senior Manager for Regional Business & Strategy, New Business Development and Project Management to join its ASEAN Regional Headquarters on a remote basis. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Regional Business & Strategy.
The person in this role will spearhead the creation and implementation of mid to long-term regional business strategies, new business incubation, and project management across the ASEAN market. Core duties involve conducting market research, analyzing competitor trends, identifying commercial opportunities, and collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to build new service offerings. Requirements
- More than 10 years of professional background in strategic planning, management consulting, or business development
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Strong knowledge and experience in business development and new business incubation practices within the ASEAN market
- Proficiency in creating informative presentations and delivering information to prospective clients
- Strong leadership, communication, research, and analytical abilities
Qualifications
