Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence & Positioning to lead the company-wide competitive strategy for its work management platform. Operating as a senior individual contributor within the product marketing management team, this role does not have direct reports but carries the responsibility to influence sales, product, enablement, and leadership. The successful candidate will design a single source of truth for market intelligence, craft positioning across buyer personas, develop battlecards and playbooks, and partner with sales to drive win rates against key competitors.
This position suits a strategic professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS who excels at translating market dynamics into actionable field enablement. The ideal candidate can seamlessly shift between briefing executives and coaching account executives during live deals. Responsibilities span building AI-powered intelligence workflows, analyzing pricing and packaging trends, managing win/loss programs, and contributing to major analyst evaluations such as Gartner and Forrester.
Wrike functions as a distributed organization with a hybrid working model, supporting more than 1,000 employees across global hubs. Employees based near certain hubs, such as Prague, Nicosia, Bangalore, and Rennes, typically collaborate in-person two to three days weekly. The company offers a collaborative environment where teams rely on Wrike daily to manage workflows and deliver impactful work.

- Design and operate a win/loss program across segments, providing quarterly readouts and recommendations to product and go-to-market leadership
- Track and analyze competitor pricing models, packaging shifts, and discounting behavior to equip sales during negotiations
- Develop ROI models, total cost of ownership comparisons, and value realization frameworks for enterprise deals
- Establish a recurring intelligence cadence for leadership regarding market movements, product launches, mergers and acquisitions, and analyst coverage
- Collaborate with analyst relations on Gartner, Forrester, and IDC submissions, requests for proposal, and review site strategies
- Build and optimize artificial intelligence-powered workflows to gather, synthesize, and distribute market intelligence and win/loss sentiment

- Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across sales, product, enablement, and executive leadership without direct authority
