The organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to oversee buyer acquisition and conversion into sales pipeline. This remote, full-time position blends strategic planning with direct operational execution in an AI-first marketing environment. The professional will direct digital acquisition channels, agency collaborators, conversion rate optimization, and organic visibility across search engines and AI discovery platforms.
Working alongside the SVP of Marketing, the selected individual will take ownership of enterprise pipeline goals and implement automated workflows. This opportunity suits an experienced growth marketer who is comfortable leveraging modern AI utilities to streamline campaign operations, optimize marketing funnels, and manage digital performance budgets.
Responsibilities
- Manage paid acquisition programs across search, social, display, and digital account-based marketing to optimize pipeline generation, customer acquisition cost, and payback periods
- Oversee performance marketing agency partners to ensure effective execution, creative testing, and efficient campaign results
- Direct technical SEO and AI-driven discovery strategies across engines like Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude
- Execute a Share of Model strategy to improve brand visibility and citations within AI answer engines relative to competitors
- Construct AI-driven campaign automation using tools like Clay, Make, n8n, large language model prompts, and AI creative suites
- Supervise web performance and conversion rate optimization by testing landing pages, user experiences, and messaging
- Direct lifecycle nurturing and funnel optimization to enhance segmentation and conversion across marketing-qualified leads, sales-qualified leads, and opportunities
- Coordinate integrated campaign planning and pipeline metrics with the SVP of Marketing
- Drive performance creative strategy in collaboration with creative teams and external agencies
Requirements
- Bring at least six years of professional background in demand generation or growth marketing within a high-growth business-to-business software-as-a-service or enterprise artificial intelligence startup
- Demonstrate experience testing and integrating artificial intelligence software into campaign operations
- Show a proven history of managing a qualified enterprise pipeline target and end-to-end paid digital budgets
- Possess expertise in managing paid performance, conversion rate optimization, and automated email nurture sequences
- Display fluency in customer acquisition cost, payback periods, multi-touch attribution, and customer relationship management reporting systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo
