This purpose-led organization assists clients across pharmaceutical, consumer goods, building products, and industrial manufacturing sectors to enhance their sustainability, productivity, reliability, safety, and profitability. In this capacity, professionals will help organizations address intricate operational problems, foster resilience, and achieve measurable outcomes from the executive suite down to the manufacturing facility floor.
This position suits experienced management consultants or manufacturing leaders who want to take on substantial project and business development duties. Team members collaborate alongside senior client executives and industry specialists while guiding staff and contributing to company expansion within an inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver complex consulting engagements while overseeing multiple workstreams, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and client expectations
- Meet specific annual sales and business development goals
- Establish and maintain strong connections with top-level EHS and Operations executives
- Spot fresh opportunities across current and prospective accounts
- Assist in the creation, pricing, development, and closing of consulting proposals
- Present the full scope of company capabilities to expand client engagements
- Participate in client events, proposals, industry networks, and thought leadership activities
Requirements
- At least ten years of background in manufacturing leadership and/or management consulting
- Demonstrated capability in meeting annual sales quotas and generating client opportunities
- Background in program and project management, including complex transformations involving safety, operational excellence, and performance improvements
- Familiarity with restructuring, turnarounds, or M&A integrations
- Understanding of safety management systems, Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, and large-scale change initiatives
- Executive presence that builds credibility in both executive boardrooms and plant floors
- Availability to travel more than 80 percent of the time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or related discipline
- Master of Business Administration degree
