Deloitte in Accra is hiring a Senior Manager for Infrastructure and Capital Projects. The role manages engagements and provides leadership and industry insight across corporate finance, project valuation and financial modelling, PPP transaction advisory and deal origination. It is a full-time, on-site position for a candidate with at least eight years of infrastructure transaction advisory experience in project finance, privatisations and public-private partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage engagements and lead the team, providing business and industry thought leadership
- Advise clients on corporate finance, business plans and feasibility studies
- Carry out project valuation and financial modelling for strategic decisions, M&A and project finance
- Provide transaction advisory for PPP projects and capital raises, and help originate new business
Requirements
- At least eight years of professional experience in infrastructure transaction advisory
- Experience in project finance, financial modelling, privatisations and PPPs in developing and emerging markets
- Transaction experience across infrastructure sectors such as energy, transport, natural resources and general infrastructure
- Experience with international finance institutions such as the World Bank, IFC or AfDB
Qualifications
- A master's degree in finance, project management, business administration, economics or a related field
- Membership of a professional association such as ACCA, ICAEW, ICA or CFA Institute
- Experience in the Sub-Saharan African region
