Job Description

Big Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Key Accounts (Providers) to oversee and expand post-implementation provider accounts, ranging from large health systems to smaller practices. Responsibilities

  • Assume management of live provider accounts to increase order volume and long-term program utilization
  • Construct comprehensive account plans featuring clear growth targets, risk assessments, and actionable next steps
  • Deliver high-touch coverage for large health systems while implementing scaled strategies such as office hours and group training for smaller practices
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to introduce additional sites, service lines, or products
  • Monitor provider performance data, diagnose adoption bottlenecks, and resolve issues related to workflows or staff turnover
  • Collaborate with clinical champions, practice managers, and executives to sustain patient activation and prescribing habits
  • Facilitate ongoing education and retraining initiatives for new and existing clinical staff
  • Address initial day-to-day reimbursement and billing workflow challenges before coordinating with Market Access
  • Manage cross-functional escalations involving Sales, Product, Legal, and IT Implementation teams
  • Maintain Salesforce records as the primary system of record for account activities, forecasts, and contacts
  • Lead regular business reviews with operational, clinical, and executive sponsors utilizing activation data

Requirements

  • At least eight years of professional background in healthcare client success, account management, or field roles
  • Minimum of four years in a customer-facing account role within sectors where revenue depends on provider ordering, such as diagnostics, digital health, or medical devices
  • Hands-on familiarity with provider billing practices, including fee-for-service, CPT/HCPCS codes, charge capture, and claim denials
  • Demonstrated ability to convert utilization data into actionable growth plans and credible return on investment stories
  • Practical experience using Salesforce and data visualization tools like Looker
  • Availability to travel thirty to forty percent of the time for onsite reviews, training, and provider engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master of Business Administration degree
  • Master of Public Health degree
  • Clinical background or experience in behavioral health or sleep medicine
