Job Description
InMobi is hiring a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations for its Exchange business, based at the company's New York office. The role is full-time and on-site, with some travel for customer meetings and trade events. It reports to the Director, Global Revenue Operations.
The job supports the demand platform side of the Exchange: relationships with outside DSP companies and resellers that route programmatic buying into InMobi. The person would be responsible for predicting volumes, planning with partners and managing those accounts, serving as the analytical and operational counterpart to Exchange leadership.
Typical duties include forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis, drafting quarterly plans, and explaining gaps between plan and actual results, with attention to indicators such as the count of live DSPs, the bidding rate and the winning rate. The person would also help set partner goals, maintain the named partner list, and keep one planning rhythm and data standard across all partners while allowing for differences between them.
Someone methodical, at ease juggling partners spread across many countries, and skilled at converting partner figures into guidance for executives would fit well. Applicants should bring around five to seven or more years in revenue, sales or business operations, along with experience planning partners and building financial or forecast models. Background in digital or programmatic advertising is listed.
