Job Description
This full-time on-site senior developer role at SGS in the Philippines designs and maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the CRM platform. The developer builds plugins, workflows, Power Platform apps and integrations with external systems, and contributes to architecture decisions. The role also improves CI/CD pipelines and reduces technical debt.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including plugins and workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure services and middleware.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and DevOps practices for Dynamics environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems and work with business stakeholders and architects.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP development.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript and Power Platform, including Dataverse.
Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus is expected for integrations.
- Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, dual-write, Power BI and Angular are nice to have.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are nice to have.
