- Improve engineering standards through design reviews, code evaluations, and mentoring colleagues through pairing and guidance

Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience creating and operating production systems
- Strong programming skills in Python with deep understanding of API design, distributed systems, and software design principles
- Demonstrated background in designing and running reliable cloud-native services or data-intensive applications
- Practical familiarity with SQL, databases, caching, and data tracking across multiple systems
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git workflows, and production observability
- Ability to communicate technical recommendations, trade-offs, and risks clearly
Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Databricks, MLflow, SageMaker, Spark/PySpark, Kafka, or streaming technologies
- Background in developing feature platforms, model-serving architectures, or internal developer tools
