In this position, the professional will focus on server-side architecture, software design, and building scalable backend services and APIs. The role suits an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, writing clean code, and maintaining system security. Team members collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, quality assurance, designers, and DevOps specialists to deliver successful projects and design efficient data flows.
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality backend code
- Create and maintain code and architecture documentation
- Collaborate with developers, quality assurance, designers, and Product Owners to deliver projects
- Monitor and maintain system security
- Participate in planning sessions
- Solve complex technical problems
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend experience with Node.js and Express
- Strong knowledge of NestJS and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases including Mongo and Redis
- Experience with WebSockets and REST APIs
- Experience using messaging and task-processing frameworks such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Understanding of security vulnerabilities and prevention approaches
- Hands-on work with artificial intelligence APIs like OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, or building AI-assisted features and agents
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency
Qualifications
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience optimizing performance for heavily loaded systems
- Good understanding of Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with JavaScript and React.js
- Working knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose
