Evolve Digital GmbH seeks a (Senior) Operations Manager to take charge of the agency's operational systems and build scalable processes. Operating as a holistic growth partner for e-commerce brands in the DACH region, the company relies on a team of 30 specialists across six departments.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level company goals and everyday execution. You will work closely with team leads without direct disciplinary responsibilities, identifying bottlenecks, designing structured workflows, and collaborating with an in-house process and AI team to implement automation tools like Make, n8n, and Claude. This position focuses heavily on day-to-day operations, detailed execution, data analysis, and driving efficiency rather than acting solely as a high-level strategist.

Responsibilities
- Translate annual and quarterly corporate objectives into concrete actions, milestones, and checklists
- Oversee agency workflows, potentially expanding into finance and people operations tasks ranging from accounting to onboarding

- Build KPI dashboards, oversee the OKR system, and coordinate routine progress check-ins and reminders
- Collaborate with team leads to identify operational bottlenecks and resolve root causes
Requirements
- Several years of professional background in project management or process management, ideally gained within an agency or e-commerce setting
