MindTech is seeking a Senior OTP Platform Engineer / Tech Lead for a remote position. This role involves taking ownership of a critical enterprise authentication platform responsible for OTP generation, validation, and delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong technical and leadership capabilities to guide the platform's evolution while collaborating with business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical evolution of the OTP platform covering generation, validation, and delivery
- Design resilient, scalable, and highly available architectures
- Implement error handling, retries, and fallback logic
- Integrate various services and systems through messaging, events, and APIs
- Enhance monitoring, metrics, and logging for better observabililty
- Protect data and maintain high security standards
- Partner with business and technical groups as a technical reference
Requirements
- Solid backend senior experience working on critical production systems
- Strong expertise in distributed architectures, APIs, and microservices
- Background in high availability, scalability, and resilience
- Experience handling complex integrations involving events, queues, webhooks, and APIs
- Familiarity with production environments, containers, and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of security concepts including access control, encryption, and authentication
- Fluent English proficiency
