Senior Product Designer

HeyMax is a travel rewards business. Customers collect Max Miles from everyday spending and trade them for flights, hotels and other experiences. Launched in 2023, the company currently serves Singapore and Hong Kong and intends to build a product that suits people in any country.

This full-time, remote senior product designer role sits inside a compact growth and expansion design lab. The lab works like a startup inside the company, with a single objective: increase the number of HeyMax users in every market. The designer picks the highest-impact problem, launches an experiment, interprets the outcome and then chooses the next move.

Work spans the complete growth surface. The designer shapes the path from a first visit to a first meaningful result so it functions everywhere from day one. The designer also builds a flexible design framework in which the interface adapts to each user's status and to how mature a market is, guided by rules rather than bespoke screens per country. Referral, sharing and re-engagement loops that expand internationally are in scope, as are the growth roadmap, a set of parallel experiments and a documented playbook for future market launches.

Candidates should have at least five years of consumer product design behind them, including hands-on work on an activation or acquisition funnel. The posting favors people who model systems as states and transitions and who ask how a surface behaves with one collaborator versus ten. AI tools are expected to be a routine part of prototyping, synthesizing research and drafting copy variations. Designing agent or copilot experiences is a plus, and comfort running low-cost tests in places the team cannot visit is essential.
