Responsibilities
- Design intuitive solutions supporting studio management functions including scheduling, bookings, inventory, and point-of-sale
- Deliver consumer experiences for boutique fitness studio platforms
- Collaborate across functional teams to shape and execute product strategies matching user needs
- Lead complex design projects independently and guide team members
- Communicate design rationale and decisions to diverse stakeholders
Requirements
- Possess at least five years of UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating UI and UX work for intricate mobile and web applications
- Demonstrate expertise in Design Thinking and proficiency in Figma
- Show deep understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, design systems, usability heuristics, and interaction patterns
- Conduct and synthesize user research such as surveys, usability tests, and interviews
- Maintain understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to coordinate with engineers
- Hold legal authorization to reside and work in Canada
Qualifications
- Bring background experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
- Show familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to design, research, and copywriting
- Display proficiency in front-end coding for component creation or prototyping
- Have prior experience operating in a senior or lead capacity
