Job Description
South Geeks, which places engineers from Latin America with overseas employers, is recruiting a Senior Product Manager for a remote, full-time position. The hiring client builds software that helps other companies grow at each stage of the product-led growth cycle, from onboarding and adoption through conversion and retention.
The client's customers cut drop-off in their funnels using tools that need no coding, AI-driven automation, and agents embedded in their sites. The Senior Product Manager takes ownership of the builder experience, the component customers use to design step-by-step guidance for their highest-value funnels. The work involves applying AI to spot friction in those funnels, proposing fixes, and building guidance and tooling that lifts end-user conversion.
This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Vice President of Product Management. The product manager works within a dedicated group of three to four engineers and has shared access to two designers. The role begins with open-ended problems and calls for comfort with uncertainty and a preference for quick action.
Candidates need at least five years in product management, including B2B SaaS, along with experience shipping products that embed AI. Familiarity with evaluations, datasets and AI models is expected, as is practical use of Git and Claude Code and the ability to fix basic user experience issues alone. Helpful extras include a traditional machine learning background, knowledge of the product-led growth journey for SaaS, and experience leading MCP, API or SDK products. Listed perks include long-term projects, fully remote work, pay in USD, and training support.
