The organization seeks a Senior Product Manager to spearhead conversational AI initiatives across channels such as voice, chat, SMS, and email. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the conversational AI roadmap across chat and voice modalities
- Determine behavioral standards for AI agents regarding user verification, intent detection, hardship situations, and agent transfers
- Oversee vendor partnerships and define specifications for telephony, customer relationship management, and servicing platform integrations
- Monitor operational performance metrics including latency, containment rates, and resolution costs
- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to meet regulatory standards like the FDCPA, TCPA, and Regulation F
- Prepare client success, operations, and compliance personnel prior to feature rollouts through runbooks, training, and escalation procedures
Requirements
- At least five years of zero-to-one product management experience with a history of shipping impactful products
- Hands-on background with conversational artificial intelligence technology such as chat agents, voice agents, interactive voice response, or contact center systems
- Direct experience deploying large language model features into production environments
- Strong analytical capability to independently investigate conversation and outcome data
- Familiarity with business-to-business-to-consumer product models and balancing client configuration against consumer experience
- Ability to maintain a dependable internet connection, a professional workspace, and protect confidential information
