Job Description

This Senior Product Manager role is based with InfutorData, which belongs to ActiveProspect and offers marketers consumer identity and data services built with privacy compliance in mind. The company's identity database spans around 250 million American consumers and 120 million households. The position centres on starting a cooperative for lead-generation publishers that shares data under transparent, consent-driven terms, along with the Activate product line that the cooperative will feed.

The product manager sets the direction for the cooperative, decides what members contribute and receive, and shapes the value proposition, including possible tiers. The work includes moving publishers from first conversation to signed agreements and onboarding, running an advisory board to test the model, and working with legal and outside advisers on standard member contracts and data-use terms.

Other duties cover coordinating with other product teams on what each product includes and at which tier, managing the Activate roadmap and pricing inputs, and planning how today's Activate data sources will move into the cooperative without losing inventory. The role also involves writing requirements for data collection code, feeds, and member services with engineering and data teams, scoping proof-of-concept work, and building privacy into the program, including opt-out and deletion handling. Leadership reporting tracks signed members, data throughput, match performance, quality, churn, and revenue.

The posting suits a senior professional with at least six years across product, partnerships, or data products, including two or more years in a cooperative or data-sharing network setting. Strong negotiation skills, clear communication with executives, and experience with US state privacy laws such as CCPA and CPRA are expected. The job is described as an even mix of partnership and product work and reports to the VP of Product Management.

Responsibilities

  • Set direction and roadmap for the publisher cooperative
  • Decide what members contribute and receive, including possible tiers
  • Develop and test member value propositions, choosing which benefits lead
  • Launch member industry analytics such as benchmarking and trend reports, with the data team
  • Work through cooperative finances and the worth of licensed data to guide packaging and pricing
  • Manage the publisher pipeline from discovery to signed agreement and onboarding
  • Lead talks with current and prospective publishers on value exchange and data-use terms
  • Run a publisher advisory group that tests the model
  • Coordinate with Legal and outside advisers on standard member contracts
  • Choose pilot publishers and grow membership month over month
  • Work with other product managers on contents, tiers, and timelines for member offerings
  • Oversee the Activate roadmap, its pricing inputs, and inventory condition
  • Shift today's Activate feeds into the cooperative structure without inventory gaps
  • Write requirements and success criteria for the collection script and data feeds, with Engineering and Data
  • Define proof-of-concept scope and success measures with Data and Engineering
  • Build privacy controls into the program covering notices, opt-outs, deletions, and recertification
  • Set KPIs, operating rhythm, and decision forums for the program
  • Report program health to leadership on members, volume, match quality, churn, and revenue

Requirements

  • Six or more years spanning product, partnership, or data-product work
  • Two-plus years in or alongside a cooperative or data-sharing network
  • A record of bringing in, negotiating with, and overseeing data partners
  • Experience designing member benefits or tiered data offerings
  • Grasp of how data is licensed and how cooperatives balance their economics
  • Skill writing PRDs and the criteria that determine when data work is complete
  • Practical understanding of website tags, data feeds, and simple analysis
  • Sound privacy instincts and a history of working with counsel on consent handling, opt-out mechanics, and state laws such as CCPA and CPRA
  • Negotiation ability, clear communication with senior leaders, and persuasion without direct authority
  • Comfort operating when the path is unclear and starting new initiatives from nothing
  • An undergraduate degree or comparable professional experience

Qualifications

  • Lead-generation or performance-marketing exposure, especially from the publisher side
  • Prior work on identity-matching products or identity graphs
  • Experience helping start a new cooperative or data network from the ground up
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, client-side tag or SDK products, consent platforms, Global Privacy Control signals, or hashed identifier matching
  • Speaking at trade events and facilitating advisory groups
  • A business master's degree, or a degree in a numbers-driven field
  • Spanish language ability
