Vetcove is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join its fully remote team and help modernize software solutions for the animal health industry. In this position, the professional will take ownership of major product initiatives from initial strategy through launch and performance monitoring. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and customer support departments, while building relationships with external users like veterinary clinics and pet parents.

Responsibilities
- Formulate product strategy and map out multi-quarter roadmaps for core platform areas
- Oversee large, cross-functional projects starting from discovery phases through launch and iteration
- Synthesize user feedback and numerical data to spot opportunities and guide strategic decisions
- Establish key performance indicators to monitor product performance, adoption, engagement, and revenue
- Partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support teams to align on product requirements
- Draft detailed product requirement documents, technical specifications, and user stories
- Lead quality assurance processes, define acceptance criteria, and ensure platform reliability
- Mentor junior product managers and advocate for strong product methodology across the company
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies and enablement materials to support feature rollouts
Requirements
- Hold a four-year college degree
- Bring five or more years of progressive product management experience
- Demonstrate past ownership of complex product areas with successful delivery of strategic, cross-functional initiatives in a technology or SaaS setting
