Coins.ph is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Payment to B product line in Manila, a full-time hybrid role. The manager expands fiat payment products by integrating payment providers and banks, productizes e-wallet, tokenized and crypto-to-fiat payments for external partners, and shapes payment journeys with engineering and design. The role owns payment conversion metrics and coordinates with finance, operations, compliance and network partners such as BancNet and PCHC.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand fiat payment offerings through payment providers and banks.
- Productize e-wallet, tokenized and crypto-to-fiat payments for external partners.
- Shape payment journeys and back-end order, settlement and reconciliation automation with engineering and design.
- Own payment conversion metrics and help external clients with API integration questions.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Philippine banking, fintech or payments.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a STEM, business, finance or economics background preferred.
- Experience building end-to-end payment rails, from frontend flows to settlement and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to back up assumptions.
Qualifications
- Works well with engineering, lawyers, compliance, sales and external partners.
- Curious, with an entrepreneurial drive.
