- Define activated user accounts and map out onboarding journeys using email, checklists, tooltips, and nudges
- Develop product enablement resources including setup guides, short walkthrough videos, templates, and example workflows
- Monitor activation metrics, run experiments, and identify accounts ready for sales handoff

- Hands-on familiarity with lifecycle and in-app platforms such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, Appcues, Pendo, or Chameleon
- Working knowledge of product analytics software like PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel to define funnels and read cohorts
- Strong writing skills to distill complex product specifications efficiently
- Submission of a portfolio showcasing a product launch and an activation program with before-and-after numbers
Qualifications
- Experience marketing to product managers, product engineers, or developers at AI-native companies
- Background working in early-stage startups where product marketing operated as a team of one or two
- Ability to independently produce product videos, demos, walkthroughs, and short explainers
- Familiarity with customer feedback, product analytics, or developer tools
