In this full-time role, the professional will independently lead intricate engagements encompassing multiple vendors, stakeholders, and delivery dependencies. The position requires navigating shifting priorities, mitigating delivery risks, and overseeing financial forecasts alongside change requests. Additionally, the individual will mentor associate project managers, refine delivery standards, and help drive successful digital transformation initiatives. The role involves maintaining an 85 percent utilization target and may require up to thirty percent travel depending on client and project needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete delivery lifecycle of intricate projects independently while aligning activities with client goals
- Develop and sustain cohesive schedules across various teams, workstreams, vendors, and milestones
- Oversee project finances, resource needs, commitments, delivery variances, and change requests
- Identify potential delivery constraints and design appropriate contingency or recovery strategies
- Facilitate governance discussions and present clear, actionable options to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate technical implementations and data flows across Adobe Experience Cloud platforms
- Coach associate project managers and strengthen internal delivery methodologies and reusable practices
Requirements
- Possess between four and eight years of relevant professional experience managing projects and engagements
- Demonstrate a strong command of integrated planning, budgeting, scope control, and governance
- Maintain working familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud delivery ecosystems such as AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM, Adobe Commerce, Workfront, or Marketo Engage
- Understand technical integration dependencies, data flows, and multi-environment deployment processes
- Hold unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
- Maintain an 85 percent utilization target
- Travel up to thirty percent of the time based on project requirements
