The company combines design, strategy, and technology to help organizations tackle complex challenges through meaningful digital experiences. Operating within the innovation practice focused on XR and AI, the VR4Health initiative is a funded, three-year international research and development project investigating how artificial intelligence and virtual reality can reshape professional learning and healthcare education.

This hands-on delivery leadership position places the successful candidate at the crossroads of artificial intelligence, professional services, immersive technology, and medical education. The professional will collaborate alongside a technical lead, product owner, full-stack developer, unity developer, designer, clinical subject-matter experts, academic institutions, and international research partners. • Monitor delivery metrics such as throughput, predictability, quality, and milestone progress
  • Coordinate the building and release of interactive training experiences utilizing Unity and related technologies
  • Manage development pipelines spanning backend services, UX/UI design, AI integrations, testing, and deployment
  • Supervise project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across all VR4Health workstreams
  • Interact with international consortium members, healthcare experts, and academic collaborators
  • Act as the primary daily contact for internal and external stakeholders while managing budgets, scope, and resource allocation

Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years of background in technical production, software project management, or program delivery with hands-on Agile and Scrum leadership
  • At least three years of experience building extended reality, virtual reality, augmented reality, real-time 3D, or simulation applications
  • Demonstrated history of coordinating multidisciplinary teams consisting of software engineers, designers, technical artists, and product stakeholders
  • Firm understanding of the software development lifecycle, estimation, release planning, and backlog management
  • Experience delivering technology initiatives within consulting, professional services, agency, or client-facing settings
  • Proven capability to handle project timelines, budgets, scopes, and stakeholder expectations
  • Familiarity with Unity development pipelines and the technical demands of immersive software
  • Working knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
  • Legal eligibility for full-time employment in Canada

  • Hands-on background building VR training, enterprise simulation, or digital learning tools
  • Previous tenure with enterprise extended reality consulting organizations like Unity Professional Services or Capgemini Engineering
