BorderlessMind is seeking a Senior React Native Developer to lead mobile delivery for client products developed by ISHIR. In this role, you will design, build, and oversee cross-platform applications across industries such as healthcare, fintech, retail, and logistics from initial architecture to App Store and Google Play deployment. You will establish mobile architecture standards, mentor engineering colleagues, and guide the adoption of AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code while maintaining high code quality and security standards. This position is suited for a self-directed, detail-oriented engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain React Native applications and native modules for iOS and Android platforms
- Construct user interfaces that translate client goals into accessible experiences
- Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers regarding best practices, state management, and performance optimization
- Manage the complete release lifecycle including CI/CD pipelines, app store submissions, and rollback strategies
- Utilize AI coding assistants to accelerate development while setting team standards for responsible usage
- Connect mobile applications with GraphQL and REST APIs, cloud services, and third-party SDKs
- Collaborate with clients alongside product, design, QA, and backend teams to scope feasibility and estimate project effort
- Contribute to solution architecture, discovery workshops, and technical proposals for client projects
Requirements
- At least five years of experience building and shipping production React Native applications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a mentoring or technical lead capacity
- Deep proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript
- Hands-on native development expertise in Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android
- Proven background managing mobile releases and CI/CD pipelines
- Professional experience using AI coding assistants
- Strong understanding of mobile security, accessibility, offline support, and performance
- Eligibility to work in the United States and availability to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
Qualifications
- Familiarity with web React, C#/.NET, Objective-C, or Java
- Cloud computing experience using Azure or AWS
- Background in building AI-powered mobile features such as conversational interfaces or on-device machine learning
- Experience managing team restructuring, platform consolidation, or codebase migrations
- Prior background working in a product studio, consultancy, or agency
