Coins.ph is hiring a Senior Sales specialist for international remittance in the Philippines on a full-time hybrid basis. The role builds client acquisition plans around cross-border e-commerce, digital entertainment, B2B trade, international logistics and education payments. It covers managing client relationships, matching pain points in cross-border collection and FX settlement to product features, supporting industry-specific solutions with product and risk teams, and producing market insight reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop client acquisition strategies for target industries such as cross-border e-commerce, gaming and live streaming, and international logistics.
- Manage key client opportunities and follow up to increase product adoption and retention.
- Work with product, risk and operations teams on customized industry solutions and smoother onboarding.
- Monitor cross-border payment trends and regulation, and produce market insight reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with finance, international trade or marketing preferred.
- 3 to 6 years in cross-border payments, FX, acquiring or related industries.
- Strong business development, negotiation and project execution skills.
- Team leadership mindset, with excellent communication and coordination.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in card acquiring, cross-border collections or international clearing is a strong plus.
- Existing client relationships in cross-border e-commerce, gaming, SaaS or payment technology.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.
- Fluent English, with other languages highly desirable.
