Nagarro is seeking a Senior SAP QM Consultant - Process Industry (m/f/d) to join its global SAP business unit, an IT full-service provider supporting complex enterprise resource planning landscapes. Nagarro operates as a digital product engineering organization with a workforce exceeding 18,000 specialists across 37 countries, maintaining a dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture.
In this position, the professional focuses primarily on S/4HANA transformation initiatives within the life science, chemical, and food production sectors. The role involves guiding clients through all project stages from conception and design to customizing, prototyping, testing, and roll-out specifically for Quality Management processes.
This opportunity suits an experienced SAP consultant who can advise clients on quality management system implementations, migration projects, and regulatory compliance. Candidates must be willing to travel to customer sites across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Support S/4HANA transformation projects focusing on Quality Management processes within life sciences, chemicals, and food production
- Provide expert guidance throughout all project phases including conception, design, customizing, prototyping, testing, and roll-out
- Advise customers on implementing quality management systems and migration projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and present comprehensive quality assurance concepts integrated with production and logistics processes
- Analyze client requirements, create detailed business blueprints, and align solutions with quality assurance objectives
- Assist bid teams by preparing proposals, responding to tenders, and developing reliable cost and resource estimates for quality management solutions
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience as an SAP consultant specializing in the SAP QM module
- Successful management of at least 3 complete SAP QM implementations
- Experience acting as a project manager or partial project manager with result responsibility
- Deep knowledge and hands-on implementation experience in SAP QM alongside integration expertise in ERP modules like PP, MM, and EWM
- Fluency in both German and English
- Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for on-site client support
Qualifications
- Degree in business informatics, quality management, industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable training with relevant experience
- Experience at the intersection of production, quality control, and logistics
- Programming knowledge in ABAP OO, UI5, and Fiori
