Responsibilities
- Partner with sales executives to manage customer journeys and map current supply chain workflows into agentic business processes
- Lead structured discovery sessions to identify customer use cases, archetypes, and executive priorities
- Design and present future-state operating models that integrate OPUS platform capabilities to reduce manual touchpoints
- Deliver tailored product presentations, solution workshops, and demonstrations linked to operational and financial outcomes
- Provide technical inputs for complex requests for proposals and information under tight deadlines
- Relay market feedback and recurring customer pain points from the field back to product management and professional services
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role combining technical presales and strategic consulting
- Background in enterprise SaaS, life sciences, or supply chain environments
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative and business value selling methodologies
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with cloud hosting architecture
- Ability to travel up to 35 percent of the time
