Job Description
LogicGate is looking for a Senior Software Engineer: Front-End to join its team. LogicGate develops an artificial intelligence governance, risk, and compliance platform that helps enterprise organizations manage data and navigate regulatory environments. In this position, the selected candidate will shape the architectural foundation and user interface of the Risk Cloud platform, integrating AI capabilities into user workflows and collaborating with backend engineers, product managers, and designers.
This role suits an experienced engineer who enjoys building modular components, establishing code quality standards, and providing technical guidance to junior team members. LogicGate offers work arrangements that are fully remote or hybrid out of Bellevue, Washington, and Chicago, Illinois. The compensation package includes an annual base salary between $120,000 and $160,000, along with equity, variable compensation, and various health and wellness benefits.
Responsibilities
- Design and build modular, reusable UI components using TypeScript, Angular, and modern tooling for enterprise scale
- Implement automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers using tools like Cypress
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools and automated workflows to speed up feature delivery and maintain code quality
- Track web performance metrics and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards via Datadog
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers to elevate squad coding standards
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, QA, and Backend teams in an Agile environment
- Create architectural documentation and technical specifications
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional front-end engineering experience building complex production applications in an enterprise setting
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, Angular or modern component-based frameworks like React or Vue, and modern build tools
- Demonstrated experience writing testable code and building comprehensive test suites such as Jest and Cypress
- Practical experience using artificial intelligence tools, large language models, or automated coding assistants
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid setting with willingness for occasional travel to company events and team onsites
Qualifications
- Direct background building enterprise B2B SaaS platforms within GRC, security, or data-intensive analytics software
- Familiarity with GitLab CI pipelines, Webpack bundling optimization, and Datadog Real User Monitoring
