Responsibilities
- Design and operate a cloud-native big data platform that manages audience data and interactions

- Treat data as a product by defining service level agreements and building for discoverability
- Utilize artificial intelligence coding agents as a force multiplier and build language model-powered pipelines for audience data enrichment
- Troubleshoot complex machine learning systems and resolve issues across the technical stack
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of hands-on data engineering experience building distributed data and machine learning systems in production
- Strong core machine learning foundations covering supervised and unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, and regularization
- Feature engineering proficiency utilizing Python machine learning tools such as pandas and scikit-learn
- Experience with production machine learning pipelines and MLOps practices including model versioning and monitoring
- Solid understanding of distributed systems principles encompassing partitioning, consistency models, and fault tolerance
- Practical application of large language models and agentic systems in production environments
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
