As a Senior Solutions Architect based in India on an on-site basis, you will function as a trusted advisor to prospective buyers, existing customers, and regional partners across India's Southern Region. This position is tailored for professionals experienced in guiding both Commercial and Enterprise accounts through technical presales and solution design.
In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives to manage technical evaluations, lead proofs of value, conduct workshops, and connect platform capabilities to customer use cases. Backgrounds working with Global Capability Centers, Digital Native organizations, and startups are considered particularly valuable for this territory. You will also share market feedback with product and engineering teams while championing modern software development, security, and cloud practices.

Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery, demonstrations, and validation sessions to illustrate platform utility across the software development lifecycle
- Manage technical evaluation processes encompassing solution designs, proofs of concept, workshops, and tender contributions
- Partner with regional sales teams to formulate account strategies focused on new customer acquisition and expansion
- Assist regional go-to-market partners offering Professional Services by delivering consistent technical direction
- Represent the employer at digital and physical marketing events, hackathons, and industry gatherings
- Cultivate strong relationships with technical practitioners and business stakeholders to guide digital transformation
- Advise clients on modern software delivery, CI/CD pipelines, security, and cloud technologies
- Relay customer insights, use cases, and competitive information back to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
Requirements
- Experience helping Commercial and Enterprise clients navigate solution design and evaluation in a technical presales or consulting capacity
- Familiarity with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, continuous integration, and continuous deployment workflows
- Practical experience using GitLab or alternative source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms
- Working knowledge of cloud computing deployment, security, and operational architectures
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate proofs of concept, author tender contributions, and direct value stream assessments
- Clear communication and presentation competencies tailored for both technical users and senior business leadership
